Bugfix: StarCraft 64 Graphics Issues #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to run StarCraft 64 US edition

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CPU Framebuffer has to be ON. Speed is a little slow (FPS~20) and shaky.
Can see the title of Starcraft and music. But, give red screen after press
Start.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Wii 4.1 Jap

Please provide any additional information below.

Try to run StarCraft 64 with beta 1.1 and can enter the game now. Speed is 
okay. But, 
there are some glitch in game which render it unplayable. The graphics seems 
overlapping and the sound is echoing.
I also tried European version, no luck either.

Turning on/off FB texture and CPU framebuffer did not solve the problems. And 
during 
the game, the screen was largely cover by a blueish square. But, the game 
graphics 
become visible when the option menu appear.

I have experienced exactly the same problem 

i am using a U.s. wii 4.0
can get in game but blue square blocks most of screen
