Saving [HIGH PRIORITY] #219

when saving a state or game file a window should pop up and say are you sure 
you want to save 
state or are you sure you want to save game file. i have accidently saved at 
the start screen several 
times and had to start games over.

You could just disable auto-saving, it seems to be the trend for the rest of 
the users.
