Bugfix: Pokemon Stadium 1 NO MUSIC/SOUND

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just load it normally.

What is the expected output? What do you *hear* instead?
Expected: Sound/music. I hear nothing NO SOUND/MUSIC.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
wii64 beta 1.1  
Wii 4.1E

Please provide any additional information below.

Yeah also this (the pokemon stadium series have graphic issues). So I wanted to 
confirm this.

This is also an issue with the PC versions of Mupen64, so this might be hard to 
fix.
