PROBLEM SOLVED I BOUGHT A N64 AND ABOUT 20 GAMES ON KIJIJI GONNA PICK IT UP
TOMORROW,
AND DELETED THE EMULATOR OFF MY SD CARD FOR GOOD UNLESS I CAN FIND SOMEONE THAT
HAS A
WORKING ONE OR HAS A FIX FOR THIS ONE TO REPAIR THE CODEDUMP DAMAGE IT RUNS
PERIODICALLY NOW, I SHOULD HAVE READ THE PROBLEMS LIST BEFORE I STARTED IT.

BUT NO GLORY FOR NO SACRIFICE TOO BAD IT WAS MY WII

When loading, the only thing the emulator does that has anything to do with the
Wii
system is read your configuration to figure out whether it should display
NTSC/PAL/Progressive. Thus, I doubt it 'semi-bricked' your Wii by simply
loading up
the emulator. How far did it load before you got the dump and did you do
anything
before it happened? Also, we can't really debug the problem without seeing the
trace
on the exception (the numbers between the arrows '->').

Medium Priority? I got my pack from wii brewology, and every time I try to boot
wii64 this black screen with all sorts of numbers comes up and ends with CODE
DUMP.
 Wii freezes instantly.

Glad to see I'm not alone on this issue. Still, can you download a pack and see
what's up?

Did you try starting it up without having a gamecube controller plugged in?
That will
cause a code dump on all the emulators I have. Good luck.

I took a picture of the Core Dump and posted it on my blog:

http://uksurvivor.livejournal.com/121751.html

Ill also attach it here. It happens as soon as the splash screen disappears,
Im
going to try the current Alpha for giggles to see if that nails it.

Okay, I think I fixed it but it was unclear I had to do this.

I extracted all of the below into the /apps/wii64/ folder and poof it works now.

mupen64gc_alpha_r200-uncompressed.rar
wii64.tar.bz2

Would be great now if I can load from the DVD filesystem, can only use the SD
right now.

Okay, now this is crazy, it worked once. I rebooted the WII and now it
doesn't
again, the only thing that changed is the amount of space on the SD card, I
loaded
a bunch of ROMS

I see the WII64 logo and before the N descends from the top of the screen I get
a
core dump

This issue report rambles and doesn't make much sense. Try the upcoming
official
release and report an issue if you have one then.
