2. read the page on Wii64
3. click download

What is the expected output?
Downloading a new revision

What do you see instead?
Downloading a very old revision

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Latest. a very old release

Please provide any additional information below.

Is there ever going to be another release?

The version you downloaded was probably the tiizer edition (also available for 
download 
on this site). If you want to try R475 try to compile it and try it out. I 
posted a way 
to compile it on gbatemp.net if your interested. it's under the wii emulation 
section 
in their forum.
