Bugfix: No diagonal walking in Turok #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Turok Dinosaur Hunter
2. Press the C-Stick in a diagonal Position

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Turok should rund diagonally. Instead he stands still

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?

This is not a Turok only problem. It seems that every game (or the emulator) 
has the
problem to recognize a diagonally prssed C-stick. Other button combinations 
work fine
e.g. A and B prees simultaneously. But C up and C right (on a Gamecube 
Controller)
results in nothing.

Unconfirmed.  Just tested with genuine wired and Wavebird as well as 3rd party 
wired,
all work just fine.  Takes a second to register, but works for me.
