Code dump with multiple roms

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a rom, don't play it.
2. Load a second rom, play it.
3. Code dump.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to play rom, code dumps instead

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Beta 1.

I can add more info, if you really need it.

The key is loading one rom, and instead of hitting "Play Game", you immediately
proceed to load another rom.  If you then try to "Play Game", you get an 
exception
screen.
