Metal Arms first scene too fast. #15

Metal Arms Glitch in the System

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the game.
2. Create a new save.
3. Load the new save and see the effects.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The scene should be at a stable fps. A really sped up scene.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version.

Please provide any additional information below.
I tested it with Dios-Mios, and it the first scene works fine.

i tested in r175 the same problem hapend i just added the dol file what do i do 
with the rest of them ??
