wikipedia display corrupted #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit wikipedia
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that the left pane (navigation pane) is slightly colored, 
but the centre/right pane is black text on white background (this is what is 
shown if I view the page in IE with no security).

Instead I see... an semi-transparent irregular blue outline overlaid on the 
center text pane (where the article is).  It is possible to read the text, but 
very distracting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NotScripts 0.9.6 on Windows XP (FDCC configuration).

Please provide any additional information below.

Forgot to mention that I explicitly granted permission to wikipedia to use 
javascript - made no difference.
