What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should change the allowances of the site being visited. Not changing the
allowances at all.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using NotScripts version 1.1.0 on Opera Browser version 12.02 on Windows 7 Home
Premium 32bit
Please provide any additional information below.
I go to any page and press the NotScript Icon and click on the allowance tabs
to allow the page. After selecting them I click out of the box to refresh the
page. When I click on the NotScript Icon again, the allowances are back to
being blocked.
