It woluld be very cool if notscript could handle cdn, for example if I go to 
http://github.com/ I have to enable github.com and akamai.net, to get it 
working permanent, but enable akamai.net permanent is no good idea, because 
other pages might use it, where I do not want javascript to be enabled.

I would welcome it, if I could enable akamai.net permanent, but for all other 
pages blocked.
