password doesn't work #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install notscripts
2. set password as described in the options page
3. try to use notscript
4. rinse, repeat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect notscripts to work after setting password

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.6 on Windows 7 x86_64

Please provide any additional information below.
password file is located at C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User
