Blocking work of evernote Clearly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. NotScripts in white list mode, scripts are disabled for current site
2. Evernote Clearly is installed
3. Press Clearly button and nothing happens until enabling scripts for site
4. Also when tou click Clearly button - a site 
"iooicodkiihhpojmmeghjclgihfjdjhj" appears in sites list in NotScripts
5. If scripts are allowed for "iooicodkiihhpojmmeghjclgihfjdjhj", there is 
still need to enable scripts for current sites

Expected output:
"cleared" site contents for comfortable reading

See instead:
Nothing happens, just regular site

NotScripts version 0.9.6, OS: Windows 7 Home Basic SP1, Clearly version 
8.3358.555.444, Chrome version 25.0.1364.172 m
