What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use blocking mode 'Whitelist, Allow Top Level'
2. Ensure that you can see the NotScripts logo in the address bar on every site.
3. Click on the logo and note that every 'Temp' button is on the next line.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The four buttons on one line. But instead it's three buttons on one line and
'Temp' on the next.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NotScripts 0.9.6, Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m, Windows 7 both Enterprise 32-bit and
Ultimate 64-bit

Current Blocking Mode: Whitelist, Allow Top Level

I have to correct myself.
Issue occurs on my PC with Windows 7 Enterprise.
Issue does NOT occur on my PC with Windows 8 Pro.
All other configuration is the same and all the other information is correct.
