Doesn't work with multiple users in Chrome #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Already have notscripts running on chrome
2. create a second user via chrome
3. Install notscripts on the second user's side of chrome
4. will not allow notscripts to work on the second user's side. but will on the 
default user side.

What is the expected output? Notscripts working on both user accounts in chrome 
What do you see instead? Notscripts works on default user's account in chrome 
and not on the second user's account in chrome

What version of the product are you using? Version: 0.9.6 on Chrome version 
Version: 29.0.1547.62 m On what operating system? Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Same response on Chrome Version 37.0.2062.94 (64-bit) in Ubuntu 14.04.
