Cant unblock pages since upgrade #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changed password
2. Restarted chrome
3. cant unlock pages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

There are many bugs all related to the same problem here now with extension 
content verification changing files ex the password file will deactivate the 
extension. This really sucks because I tried an alternate plugin but the 
performance doesn't compare to NotScripts.
