wowinterface.com won't load with Notscripts #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to wowinterface.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect the page to load, never does.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.9.6 on Win7 64bit
Please provide any additional information below.

The page loads fine incognito mode, but wont in normal. page is whitelisted.
