Carrier - cannot start game with dynarec enabled #257

With dynarec enabled, Carrier won't show the title screen fully and allow the 
game to be started - it shows only the 'copyright 2000 Jaleco' text.

With dynarec disabled, the title screen works correctly and the game can be 
started.

Tested in r78.
