Pen Pen TriIcelon - loading screens disappear after a split second #279

I've noticed this on several games, but Pen Pen is the most obvious as it has 
the goofiest and most memorable loading screens.

A loading screen is visible only for a split second, then the screen goes black 
until the next part of the game loads.

Tested on r78, NTSC-U GDI version.
