Rayman 2 missing screen-wipe effects #282

On changing scenes or loading, Rayman 2 does a fancy screen-wipe thing in 
various patterns. On nullDC, only the first screen wipe is seen (after 
selecting new game), from then on the screen just flips between states.

Tested on r78, NTSC-U GDI version.
