Reel Fishing Wild - title screen music loops continously #286

The title screen music in Reel Fishing Wild continously plays for only a second 
before restarting (see pic for console messages).

This happens in Demul and Makaron also.

Tested on r78, NTSC-U GDI version.

gdrom/gd-da bug likely. Very likely. Its never tested code actually :D
