Samba De Amigo - control types issue #287

Changing the control type from the default 'Type A' (diagonals) to 'Type B' 
(single buttons) has no effect - when the game starts 'Type A' is used 
regardless.

After selecting 'Type B', exiting that menu then re-entering shows 'Type B' as 
selected, so it remembers in the menus but just doesn't work in-game.

Also occurs in Samba De Amigo 2000.

Tested on r78, NTSC-U GDI version.
