Sega Marine Fishing - text scrolls outside boundaries

Very minor, but there are at least two occassions where scrolling text scrolls 
outside of the set boundaries:

1. On the title screen when choosing a game type, only one option should be 
fully visible with the above and below option being part-visible.

2. On the 'How To Play' section, the tutorial text scrolls upwards outside of 
the text box into the main area.
