A trouble with maple settings #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: *Run NullDC*
2: *Go to maple*
3: *Try to use my own settings*

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: *Play game with my control settings*

But instead I see: *Some keys don't work for me (ctrl, shift, caps lock, maybe 
others)*

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: *r78*

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: *Vista SP2*
