r82 - CRASH & RESET SETTINGS #303

Sometimes for different reasons in emulator happens crash. And when Nulldc 
crashes all settings reset.

p.s.
It happens sometimes... when I change video settings, when I use CDI versions 
of games or VMU loader,... when happens any error with applications ---> all 
settings reset. Crashing happens also when I close the emulator.

In my experience nullDC crashes quite a lot when trying to change options while 
the emulator is running, particularly when trying to change graphics options 
(sorting, z-buffer etc). I've also seen the 'settings reset' bug, but only 
perhaps once every 100 crashes, not every time.

never had the reset settings bug myself. drkpvr leaks memory on each init, 
eventually running out of memory, leading to a crash :p
