r82 not stretching

What steps will reproduce the problem?

my desktop resolution is 1360x1024

open nulldc > maximize window > set resolution to anything except "maximum 
supported" > start emulation (no disk or any game)

image is not fullfilling the window... it gives me right and bottom black 
borders, no matter what i set on aspect ratio option

previously i was using r71 and had no problem

Looks like plugin have problem with non standard resolutions mode. Bad thing...
p.s.
Anyway, for a while you can put to directory "Plugins" - "drkPvr_Win32.dll" 
from r71 it will works. ;)

As I say it's just for a while and nothing more! :) Bug is exsist. Thank you 
for reporting! I think this issue is actual.

P.s. For example I dont like new image reader, I will use older plugin, for a 
while, before we see a new fixes.

okay, found what the problem is. this is actually quite complicated -- all of 
AR needs to be redone tbh
