NAOMI r84 Can't launch any game - blackscreen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Launch any NAOMI game
2: Blackscreen
3: ???

Try new 1.0.4 r84 build. Not working. See black screen on any game.
Test: download 1.0.4 r65 build - test OK, working.

System Windows XP SP3
Athlon64 3200 Sk939, 1.5Gb RAM, Video GF6600GT Silent Pipe, Audio Realtek 
AC'97, chipset nForce3 250.

In console shows something like "Block 0C02E302 : disabling read-const @ 1/12
Reallocated dynarec blocks: 98kb before, 98kb new, 0 bytes diff, 0.00%"

Standard NoTrace build.

So it broke sometime after r65.

Maybe it was the maple delay added in r84. It's meant to be used on the 
Dreamcast side and I have no idea if the delay should be that long for NAOMI.

Try r83 to see if it works. If not, try all revs until r65 and tell us when it 
broke. :)

Yes, test r78, r81, r83 - all OK, only NAOMI-r84 affected. DC-r84 works normal

Test again please. I'm able to start Guilty Gear and Ikaruga without problems.
