Sonic Adventure [BUG] sh4 issue?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Open nullDC 1.0.4 r87.
2: Load Sonic Adventure International GDI.
3: Play the Stage 1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

nullDC 1.0.4 r87 Fail!/BUG

The expected output is: 0:04 - 0:10.

But instead I see: 0:12 - 0:50.

What version of the product are you using?

I use version: nullDC 1.0.4 r87 (nullDC r87).

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows 7 x64.
CPU: Core i5 750.
Video Card: Radeon HD 4850 1GB. (catalyst 10.11)
Sound Card: Realtek HD Audio 889.
