hotkey support for options menu nulldc settings, powervr,gdrom etc

how about adding hotkey support say f1 opens options f2 opens gdrom then have 
like numbers to go with the options in the gdrom menu say hit 1 to select swap 
disc and 2 to use default image something along those lines.

Most F keys are in use, and the menus can already be opened by keyboard. File 
(ALT+F), Options (ALT+O) ... etc.

hotkeys aren't meant to navigate through menus... think about ctrl-c on 
notepad, ctrl-w on firefox, etc

by the way, most F keys are in use? for what?

Debugging purposes F1, F2, F3 and F7, the screenshot F8 key and stuff like the 
F10 key being a window's default to "menu" like pressing the ALT key.

Hot keys for graphic options would be useful, particularly Sorting which varies 
most between games. An on-screen prompt would be nice too.

Re: reserved keys, don't we already have a fastforward key on PGUP? There's the 
rest of that cluster available (PGDN, HOME, INS, DEL, END).
