Controller plugin not staying attached for port b #344

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Select controller plugin for Port B
2: Exit nulldc
3: Plugin selected is no longer attached and must be reselected. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: Controller plugin stays attached/selected after 
restarting the program.

But instead I see:Must reselect the controller plugin for Port B "Player 2"

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: R119

I use a *Edit This*Release*Debug*-NoTrace*Edit This* build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: r119
GDRom Plugin: r119
AICA Plugin: r119
ARM7 Plugin: r119
Maple Plugin(s): r119
Ext.Device Plugin: r119

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows 7 64
CPU: AMD 550be
Video Card: Sapphire HD 4830
Sound Card: onboard
Additional related hardware and/or software: *Edit me*

How are you attaching the controler to port B ? You must use Select Plugins for 
permanent settings, since hotplugs are not permanent.
