[NAOMI] Feature request - screen rotating #346

When I play in scroll-shooters, many of them made for vertical display, which 
is not good for PC monitors. Vendor's video driver managers has feature to 
rotate dispaly cw or ccw BUT they very impractical, and even when monitor has 
portrait mode (however its unusual), there is many disadvantages for that way. 
So here I request portrait screen mode for NAOMI, where width and length 
exchanged. It's may be hotkey or menu item. OR automatic rotating when type of 
display in NAOMI system settings changed to vertical. But I think its 
impossible, so at least menu item will be good.
