What steps will reproduce the problem?

When using Trio Linker Plus II, the latest version of NullDC, nullDC_r116, and 
using purupuru Input plugin, I am unable to use the start button on my 
Dreamcast controller.  Whatever I map it to doesn't work.  The rest of my 
buttons work.  I'm using an actual Dreamcast controller hooked up to my Trio 
Linker Plus II.  I can't get it to work.   

1: *Edit - Delete - Add lines as needed*
2: *Edit - Delete - Add lines as needed*
3: *Edit - Delete - Add lines as needed*

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: All buttons from my Dreamcast Controller Work

But instead I see: All buttons work but the Start button.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: R116

I use a nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace.exe

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: DEFAULT
GDRom Plugin: DEFAULT
AICA Plugin: DEFAULT
ARM7 Plugin: DEFAULT
Maple Plugin(s): purupuru
Ext.Device Plugin: DEFAULT

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

CPU: Core i7 920
Video Card: ATI 4890
Sound Card: Realtek Built In
