What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Starting the emulator.
2: Booting a game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: I'm supposed to see the Dreamcast logo, continuing to a
Sega logo and then to the game's start screen...

But instead I see: I get a gray screen which turns black after a second or two.
I can still hear sounds when I press the directional buttons. If I boot a game,
I hear the start menu music. I can go ingame if I navigate blind... but
obviously I can't play.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: r136

I use the following plugins: Defaults.

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Win XP SP3
CPU: Mobile Intel Pentium 4 2.40 GHz
Video Card: Radeon IGP 340M (set to 128MB in BIOS)
Sound Card: ALi Audio Wave
Additional related hardware and/or software: 1GB RAM

Please provide any additional information below:

Said game is Time Stalkers, but it black screens even if I boot to BIOS so I
don't think it's an isolated case.

I had to edit Dreamcast.RTC in the config file from 1953388296 to 1543284852
(which was the value in version 1.0.3) in order to get the game to boot.
Otherwise it just goes to the BIOS menu. Or I think it does, since I can hear
the cursor moving. The screen's still all black.

I've already tried replacing the bios files with fresh copies, deleting
dc_flash_wb.bin, trying every single setting on all the plugins, and editing my
config file. Nothing worked.

By the way, 1.0.3 works peachy with the Chankast pvr. Except 1.0.3 has no
gamepad support. Would it be possible to include the Chankast pvr again on a
later release?
