What steps will reproduce the problem?

My system specifications are as follows:
Operating System: Windows 7
CPU: Inter i5
Video Card: Ati Mobility radeon hd5470
Sound Card: *Edit me*
Additional related hardware and/or software: Using a ps 2 controller via a
logic 3 usb adapter
Please provide any additional information below:
The game runs flawlessly with few minor grafic glitches but when i get to paint
big grafittis i´m simply unable to do so. Well at least im unable to do it
with satisfactory speed. The thing is that my analog stick works but it doesnt
recognize certain movements when im on grafitti mode, so i can say sometimes it
works (but badly) and sometimes it just doesnt work.Thank you for your time!
ps: im using the purupuru plugin
