Feature request: dump entire disassembly as text, dump emulated system memory as binary #419

nullDC includes a disassembly view in the debugger, but there is no way to 
export it as a text file for searching/analysis, only to scroll through it line 
by line in the debugging window.

Similarly, the RAM of the emulated system can be viewed in the debugger, but 
not written to disk as a binary file for use in a full hex editor or other tool.

Is there any chance of adding export features like this? It would make a great 
piece of software even better, as there aren't really any good 
reverse-engineering tools available publicly for the Dreamcast.
