1280x960 resolution add, stages loading speed in soulcalibur #424

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1.
There is no 1280x960 resolution selection. 
This is so big problem to me about the most clear resolution.
Maximum or 1280x800 is not perfect matching resolution in 4:3 aspect games.
So please add 1280x960 resolution.

2.
nullDC_100b1_6
There was good loading speed between stagese in soulcalibur.
But nullDC_1.0.3 and r139 have so slow speed in stage to stage loading.
So please add some kind of Disk cache (I dont know exact).
Or more speed up loading like nullDC_1.00b1_6

I use all version of nullDC but there is no perfect version.
But if 1,2 suggest are added, that will be so good.
