Retroarch and Genesis Plus GX cannot start if PlugIns Folder is on partition 2 #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put the wiiflow/plugins folder to the second partition (NTFS) of an USB HDD 
2.Setup wiiflow properly in order to start Retroarch/Genesisplus GX from 
Partition 2
3.Start Wiiflow and try to run Retroarch/Genesisplus GX

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
In general the emulator shall start. But Retroarch results in a black screen 
and Genesisplus shows a codedump.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
If you change the plugins folder to the first partition or the SD card. Both 
emulators work without any issue.
