What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
Launching homebrew applications from wiiflow, there is no return to the 
launcher or to the channel on exit.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
Version 4.0.3

It's impossible to return to wiiflow with all homebrew applications since not 
all homebrew apps can/will use the stub to do the job, so if you have the 
hidden forwarder channel from the plugin pack v6 installed and a homebrew 
application doesn't return to wiiflow then PM the homebrew creator and ask him 
for jumping to the stub on exit, in short this issue is not valid.
