Set partition for GameCube and others with source menu button. #163

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Have a setting in source_menu.ini to have a button set the partition as well.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
When we have Wii and GameCube games across MULTIPLE partitions or the SD card 
(for example, Devolution games on SD or a second partition separate from DM(L) 
games to make better use of space.)

It would be easier to just have a separate button for each partition/device in 
the source menu instead of going to the right coverflow and THEN having to 
press the B and - buttons repeatedly to get to the right partition.

ok, i understand the gamecube thing although not sure why you don't just put 
them all on USB. So you would have two GC buttons - one for SD and one for 
USB1. And the plugin thing sounds like you have some sega cd games on one 
partition and some on another.

well for non plugin buttons I could easily add a 'partition=' option.  Not sure 
about plugin buttons. Kind of like them the way they are.
