What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Banner support for plugins

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
The ability to have custom intro videos for all plugins

side notes
I don't know a lick of code but what if the .wfc files were able to cache both 
the cover and video at the same time.
Then lets say your missing a video we could have something like the missing 
covers system where it would play a universal video for that console.
