metal gear solid works well but slow #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load the dol with sdload
2. load a iso file store in a SDcard
3. play!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
on a gamecube. the lasted version

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?
real BIOS SCPH1001

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
both

Please provide any additional information below.
well.. mg solid pal version run very well I mean its look like I'm runing on a 
PSX but it has a speed issues don't reach the 50 fps.. but I'll try to fix 
because the program sais that is a ntsc game and maybe is runing slow because 
of that (because that pal games run @50fps and ntsc @60fps)

WiiSX is FAR from perfect and is still considered a beta version. The next 
release should play many games at a better speed.
