Bug (BIOS): Resident Evil 2 does not run #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load WiiSX
2. Choose resident evil 2 image file
3. try to start it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected for the game to play but instead after choosing the game there 
is only a black screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiSX beta 1 on the Wii, with HBC.

Please provide any additional information below.

i loaded the game with both Dynarec and Pure Interpreter but the black 
screen kept coming up.

This happens in the PC version too, my guess is the games use of the bufs_cb_2 
BIOS
call, which isn't emulated by PCSX. I also could not find any information about 
this
BIOS call.

Tried an actual BIOS perhaps instead of HLE?
