Marvel vs Capcom crashes Dynarec #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load WiiSX splash screen and choose Dynarec
2.Load Marvel vs Capcom
3.Play a few rounds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output is for the game to keep on playing. instead the game 
crashes and i have to reset back to HBC.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiSX beta1 on Wii, with HBC

Please provide any additional information below.
