Compatiblity List #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
It's not directly concerning the emulator. But a compatibility list for 
supported games in a specific version of wiisx would be great.

Please provide any additional information below.
The compatiblity list should be editable for the most people (maybe on 
emulatemii). So everyone can add new games and issues concerning the game 
(others can confirm the issue).

For example a list in the form:
Game (Final Fantasy, Grandia, Tales of Phantasia etc)
Region (PAL, NTSC, NTSC-J, PAL-G, NTSC-U)
Bios (HLE, SPH1001)
Issue (game freeze)
Confirmation (3 people)

There are already a couple good unofficial user-maintained compatibility lists 
in the making. :)
