Bug: Alundra Game freezes/cannot select continue at the title screen with certain items #75

i'm using WiiSX beta 2 and the NTSC version of Alundra.. when you highlight the 
continue option on the main title screen you cannot select it nor can you even 
go back to selecting start it will just disable control completely.. also if 
you play the game it plays perfectly until you obtain any item that triggers 
the musical cue that it's a semi important item (for instance a life vessel) 
when getting something like that the game completely freezes.

Can you please try the Interpreter setting to get around this issue?

I tried this in 2.1 and the menu bug is fixed however it still freezes when 
obtaining items... and I tried both settings.. same result
