Slower speed with beta2.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Correct speed(fps). Much slower running even with USB being loaded from.

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
WiiSX Beta 2.1

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?
Real Bios being used

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
Dynamic Recompiler being used.

Please provide any additional information below.
With Beta 2 and Beta 2 USBMod, Cap VS Snk(example) would run perfectly with 
only slight slowdown in certain parts. With the new Beta 2.1, it is greatly 
slowed.

WiiSX 2.1 and all of our official releases up to now use USB 1.1, this is 
because we don't want users to use/install cIOS for our emulator. This is why 
you see this issue. 

Wait for either an unofficial "mod" version or use an SD card or DVD in the 
mean time with the official 2.1 release.
