I found it!
How to:
- Go with GC Pad in "Check for Update"
- When you see "Initialising Wifi..." you must hold Z :)

not the first to find it but the first to post it yes :P

(the first one was somebody in the wiiflow irc that checked the source and 
lol'd. second was also some one from wiiflow)

i hoped alot of ppl would lol because
A) its a funny sound
B) its the easter egg from the gamecube

and originally it was designed to do it on startup but that took way to much 
time

no, it was removed to reduce dol size. and since ppl found it... :)

i didn't bother trying to make a new easter egg (yet) tho...
