HELP : BUG : ERROR : ISSUE : Black screen #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Setup UNEEK or UNEEK+DI any revision r125 through r164

2. Layout the files exactly as required for uneek usb/sneek sd/bootmii 
usb/games sd/sneek 

3. Try and boot sneek via
HBC->BootIOS
HBC->BootBootMii
HBC->BootIOS254
HBC->Menu->Launch Bootmii
Priiloader->Launch Bootmii 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UNEEK is supposed to run

A black screen appears the hard drive light blinks a few times then remains on 
which is normal for idle the black screen remains and the wii drive light DOES 
NOT blink or change at all at any time this remains until i turn off the wii 
reset does not work

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
Please provide any additional information below.

i have all files in the correct file structure layout for uneek uneek+di sneek 
or sneek+di whichever i was testing at the time
i have bootmii as an ios not as boot2
i reinstalled bootmii to make sure that the ios was good
i checked all the files are valid and not none are 0bytes
i have tried as an active or inactive partition on the drive
i have one single fat32 partition not multiple with cluster size 32
i have the nand folders on the ROOT of the usb drive 
i have three games extracted in the correct games folder on the usb drive each 
game is extracted with the latest discex from an iso
i have tried booting from priiloader / hbc / bootios / bootios254 / bootios253 
/ custom app
i have tried a virgin nand built from modmii 4.6.2
i have tried a bootmii nand
i have tried a simple FS dumper nand
i have tried a FS Toolbox nand
i have tried a Nand Extractor nand
i removed priiloader from the nand or left it there it made no difference
i have tried compiling with or without the special revision of devkitARM r32
i have tried using sneekycompiler
i have tried auto installer
i have tried compiling in devkitpro 
i have tried pre compiled binaries of revisions 125, 150, 154, 158, 163, 164
i checked the correct armboot.bin is in the correct location bootmii and 
bootsnk ( for bootios253 )
i tried switch2uneek which copied the nand from nands/nand1 to root and then 
did nothing
i tried bootios253 with the custom ios that points to bootsnk/armboot.bin 
instead of the bootmii folder

i am completely and utterly lost without some debug log to use

I have tried with several different devices
another couple of different nand dumps from different tools such as WiiND and 
YaWnD
a dumpe from right after i first installed HBC the very frist time the wii was 
a virgin except for HBC being installed right after the exploit i used to get 
HBC installed after i installed HBC then i dumped the nand and even that nand 
doesnt appear to work

is there some major flaw im missing like can you make the wii drive light flash 
very fast while things are booting and being installed and only stop it and do 
slow blinks for error codes or something so we know that something is happening 
the black screen and sometimes a never ending blue flashing light on the drive 
now what does the never ending flashing slowly blue light even mean!!!

it works on another harddrive yet this harddrive works for all other 
applications
how can i make sneek more compaitble with harddrives?
