ELFins crashes (batch compiler)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run SNEEK preparation batch 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
       - boot2.bin for SNEEK (SD)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lastest SNEEK revision (r70).

Please provide any additional information below.

The output boot2.bin is empty.

You need to use devkitARM r24 or r25 if you use r28 you get these error messages
