LoadPPC(??) what it does? #78

In several places of sneek i see LoadPPC(TMD+0x1BA) syscall.
What kind of parameter it gets? I've looked in many title.tmd files and all 
have 0 at 0x1BA offset.

So, what this function doing and what kind of parameter it requies? Pointer to 
u32, u64 or string?
